Speaking4Him Podcast #47 Speaking4Him Roundtable: The Hows and Whys of Homeschooling

"Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:11-13

Excellent job Andrew! Very encouraging. And it was just wonderful to hear two ladies whom I love to pieces on your podcast. Wonderful job ladies!
Andrew- thank you for specifically touching on how homeschoolers prior to us fought for our freedom to be able to homeschool in Michigan. I think often that is forgotten now in the new generation. And while I may homeschool for different reasons than my parents did, in some ways it is still very much the same. I want to raise and instruct my children in the ways of the Lord and not fill their minds with godlessness. While I often am my own worst critic when it comes to their education and character, I am often reminded that even at our worst, we are doing fine. We are still in God's hands and He determines the outcome of my children's lives, which is the best place we could be.
